Developing issues

I’ve just got done developing about 40 rolls of film (I’m done with everything until right before Christmas of last year). I accidentally poured my Diafine solution B back into my fixer during the last two rolls. They turned out fine, but I’m wondering if I should just mix a whole new batch of fixer before continuing. Every search I perform seems to do with people pouring fix into solution B (which would be quite annoying given how much work it is to get Diafine in the UK). Any suggestions? Am I just overreacting to this mix up?
